Westville Police Service is looking for a suspect in an armed robbery that occurred last weekend at the Circle K gas bar and convenience store at Exit 21.

Police responded to an armed robbery complaint near midnight on Saturday.

Upon arrival, WPS confirmed that a man had entered the store, gathered items for purchase and then approached the employee behind the counter. Without paying, the man then threatened the employee with having a weapon and then took cash from the register. The man left the store on foot. No one was physically injured as a result of this incident.

The man was described as being approximately 5’ 8” tall, of slender build and between the ages of 30 to 40 years old. He was wearing dirty denim blue jeans, white t-shirt with black markings, duel coloured bandana (blue/white), work boots and a straw panama style hat.
