Growing High Value Trees

On Nov. 13, 2010, in the Pleasant Valley area, Pictou County, owners of small private woodlots are invited to learn about uneven-aged management and quality improvement silviculture, which allow woodlot owners to grow high-value trees. The free educational program will include an inside workshop followed by a visit to a nearby woodlot. Space is limited, and pre-registration is required.
