Motorist involved in Springville crash dies in hospital

SPRINGVILLE – The 21-year-old man involved in a serious single vehicle crash on Wednesday has died in hospital.
Pictou County District RCMP responded to the single vehicle crash on East River East Side Road on Wednesday at approximately 11:15 p.m. The lone occupant of the vehicle, a white Honda Civic, was transported to hospital with life-threatening injuries. He succumbed to his injuries yesterday. His name is being withheld at the request of the family.
The investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing.
